boooooo this is so much worse than a demonic/supernatural threat.
It doesn't even make sense.
If they're an advanced race then why do they act brashly and immaturely and destructively when they take over someone's body?
They should have made it demons from another dimension not aliens.
That confrontation between Tsukiko and the being possessing that granny's grandson makes sense and is awesome if she's dealing with a demonic entity but if it's just an alien from an advanced race then it doesn't make sense at all and is lame AF.
If they're so advanced then they should already know all about ESP and psychics and how it works.
What a bad decision.
All that great supernatural horror/possession writing then you throw it away with ancient advanced aliens stuff.
Don't put aliens who in supernatural horror settings where they explain that htey did it all with science.
The author ruined his great work in the first two volumes.

I'd wait a bit, for the next chapter, there was so much info dumped in this chapter, I have the same questions too.

Yeah, just...no. This plot twist feels more like an act of desperation than something innovative :aquadrink:

Yeah, and it's so unnecessary. It would have been great just playing it straight as a supernatural horror demon/yokai/possession manga . The idea of the monsters taking over family members without the family members realising was already interesting and fresh enough.
