Indeed.
Also - this was almost certainly written as a direct response to all the NTR doujins out there where the MC doesn't get a good ending, and horrific shit happens with zero consequences for either the antagonist, or the women who are complicit (either willingly, or ..."eventually willingly", let's say).
This isn't meant to be realistic in what it does to the "bad people" who hurt the protagonists.

It's revenge porn for a reason - it's just meant to allow the reader to insert whatever people they want to from their own life and imagine that all these bad things happen to them, while they get to live their happy fantasy as the protagonists getting their good ending. Trying to play the "oh it got too egregious for the bad guys" card just runs counter to the point.

If people want nuance in their dramatic revenge stories, there's other titles out there - this one's not even pretending to want to be that.
Could you share such titles please

You guys might hate me, but I don't think the villain, Kondo, is that bad. He might be a netori sadist fuck, but a huge part of the blame are those dumb girls lol.
I disagree, even though he tricks and seduces the girls, he not doing that to teach a lesson or anything. He's doing it because he enjoys the power. And sure, we like women to be completely loyal and unseducable but that shit isn't possible unless the girl has experience with those types of guys. She knew nothing about him and he kept prodding at her insecurities and weaknesses. He's an expert on this, targeting someone who has never dealt with those types of guys. So of courser she eventually fell under his grasp, but it was avoidable. Guys like that deserve to have terrible things done to them. The girl was flawed but with time they could have worked on those flaws and become a proper couple. His charisma and game are fake because he targets young girls who are none the wiser to his intentions.

He's a terrible human being, but the childhood friend is almost just as bad. She was cheating on him that whole time, instead of talking to her partner and vocing her grievances so they could work on a solution, she cheated again and again. And I don't just mean the sex, cheating is a series of choices, every date she had, every time she insulted or allowed for Eiji to be insulted, everything she did behind his back. Every day she came back to Eiji, she was living a lie. At any moment she could have told him the truth even told him that her senpai was being too aggressive and saying things behind his back. But she always focused on what she wanted in the end. She saw what Eiji was going through and did nothing because she was afraid of being judged by everyone more than she cared for Eiji. She didn't break up with the scumbag because she didn't want to lose out on pleasure. Even if she died, sure she would cry and feel bad, but at the end of the day, she would get over it because of the scumbag. Untill he eventually dumps her then she will think back on Eiji and wonder where it all went wrong.

I don't know why you think it's low-key hilarious. There's no explicit law forbidding bullying. Assault, slander, libel, and verbal abuse (to a degree) are covered, but you'd have to make the case that the bullying escalated to the extent of one of those accusations. Yes, we were solidly in the realm of verbal abuse here, but it can be harder to make a solid case without hard evidence such as verbal recordings or writings. (The assumption being that, with the exception of the desk itself, everything else was taken down and trashed and would be unavailable as evidence.) There's a burden of proof that's required before punishment can be meted out, and that's hard to do when it's just spoken and unrecorded.

However, property damage is also covered by law, and it's much harder (if not impossible) to cover up as evidence. So in effect, the teacher is confronting the kids on the charge where they'd be the most legally vulnerable. He's attacking from the direction that would incriminate the worst of the offenders, and definitely startle the implicit bystanders and verbal bullies. The teacher's first salvo, in effect, is stating that this can't be covered up, and we will eventually corner you and prosecute you.

Yes, the not-fully-cleaned writing on the desk is also evidence, but that just scales back the severity, especially in light of the teacher's other statements. Trash talking someone else is just one person's word against another, but defacing public property puts the offender against everyone who contributed to said property. In this case, the public itself. And in Japan, where it's culturally important to act in the betterment of the community over oneself, that's the far greater crime.
I just think it's funny cuz kids really wouldn't care about it, normally. It's not that deep bro.

I'd say that makes it even deeper, because what you're saying is that teenagers are so unprincipled that their normal response is to show disrespect to other people's property and thoughts, and to not care about the consequences of their own actions. That's low-key disturbing. Thank you, Internet, for providing such a cocktail of social power and anonymity that you'll eventually undermine humanity and allow AI to completely take over, at which point it will be a mercy kill.
