Thank you for translating this chapter: as we all know, the other "translation" was literally unreadable.
But why don't pick up this series for real?
Even taking it slowly will be fine, since unfortunately this manga has been updated veeery sporadically from the beginning...so no one is gonna complain, I believe.

Hm, now that I read it again, you're allowed to conceal any number of cards? It seems like you should never turn any of your cards face up... Since it's a two-player zero-sum game, concealing maximum information should optimal.

From what I understood, it does seem like any number of cards can be face down.
However, judgement can be called any time so it doesn't really make a difference if the opponent can read your game.
