To answer the note, I'd personally prefer keeping the Japanese SFX rather than removing. Replacing it with English works as well sometimes if it copies the typography and styling of the original Japanese, but that is also a lot more work plus it also doesn't always work well in English depending on what it is

So, keep original imo

I'm a fan of leaving the Japanese SFX, especially the bigger ones. Even for the best re-drawers out there, replacing it with English rarely looks good...and it saves the translation team some time.

I also agree, just adding a small note "rustle next to the Japanese SFX is fine.

Some manga/hentai are almost fine art, which may benefit from redrawn SFX, but this, though cute, isn't one of those.
