Assuming the adaptation follows the LN, it's clear that this will not be satisfying, as far as the conclusion to any confrontation between Ryouto and his mother goes.

It's been some time, but he doesn't reconcile with both his bio parents right? If i remember correctly, he helps his little sister, but even tho he forgave his mother after he remembered what really happened, he decided not to get along with them and to not let them tell his little sister that he is her real brother...

I mean, you answer your own question, in my mind.

He de facto "reconciles" by forgiving his mother and bio father in the first place. I don't agree with their reasoning/excuses for abandoning him, and don't think he should have even given them that much, even if his decision to help Suzuka was agreeable. I would have donated blood, but said "this is because she's a child in need. I still want nothing to do with any of you, and this isn't me forgiving you for what you did to me, a child, either."

I usually don't really mind a little melodrama in manga, but this one was pretty over the top.

Não concordo com os motivos/desculpas deles para o abandonarem e não acho que ele devesse ter dado tanta importância a eles, mesmo que sua decisão de ajudar Suzuka fosse aceitável. Eu teria doado sangue, mas dito: "Isso é porque ela é uma criança necessitada. Ainda não quero ter nada a ver com nenhum de vocês, e isso não significa que estou perdoando vocês pelo que fizeram comigo, uma criança."[/ALERTA DE SPOILER]
