I didn't say it was a plot hole, but having characters act in dumb ways in the name of plot advancement isn't good writing, either. Unless I'm forgetting something that implies he thought she was somehow de-powered and unable to get out of that cell, that just seems kinda dumb.
When the Queen was arrested in Ch 123 - She was disarmed, she was bruised everywhere, out of mana, physically exhausted, and she was acting psychotic. The guards captured her easily.
In Ch 124- She was imprisoned in a deep underground dungeon. She was looking weak and dirty. I did not see any shackles but her hands were firmly in place. I suspect she was barely kept alive and her magic was sealed?
The manga does not explain these things and LN version is different.

I feel like this is getting 1-3 more chapters then Axed. They wrapped up a few loose ends and doesn't feel like the story is actually moving in any direction.

It just occurred to me, but why did Haruto think things with the queen were done with? He just teleported her into a room to get arrested, and now without the neck shackle. Even if he thought he'd killed the demon god, wasn't she pretty powerful beforehand on her own, wasn't that why she had the shackle in the first place?
Shiva literally removed the Demon God (a bug) from inside Gizelotte and erased said bug by accident. The Queen was supposed to go into a mental breakdown following Shiva's revelation that should've been decisive and put a closure to their rivalry as it was their final battle. The Queen gets stuck in a loop between guilt and denial in prison, incapacitating her indefinitely as a vegetable, while Haruto moves on without worries (yet still monitors her just to be safe).
Another set of divergent changes on the manga from the novel. I find it more flawed than the original, it leaves more openings such as Haruto having to fight her again (Final Battle Part 2 → One More Final Battle → The Last Battle For Sure, lmao) and being too careless with threats that he is aware of which is contrary to his personality.
