My biggest gripe with that manga is that it sort of started with a plot and some characterization, but eventually it became some huge, directionless shitpost.

Believe it or not, before flanderization took place, it used to be about the MC's birth, powers and new place in the world. Not just about his sister (whose mouth is now perpetually stuck in that triangle shape) and irrelevant subplots

Honestly lost most of my interest in this manga after the MC finally revealed everything to his mother. I'm just looking at pictures now.

Same here, which is unfortunate because the manga was quite promising at the beginning.
Even the "big" revelation was kind of anti-climatic and was overshadowed by the whole "entertaining Charl thing". No deep emotions or anything. I get it that she didn't see him as her son because he was a failure in her opinion and she was just the woman who has born him and threw him away from his point of view. But the confrontation was so lacking (and short) that you got the feeling that the author just wanted to finish the annoying, original main plot to get back to the "entertaining Charl plot", which has become the main part of this manga. In my opinion it's not even funny anymore but stupid on the level of "Thor: love and thunder" with no direction at all. There's just an reincarnated op MC who (like many other reincarnated MCs) lost all his common sense and normal human behaviour or feelings.
I guess the next plot that probably will emerge every 10 chapters will be Haruto being the rightful successor but I'm sure it will stay just a minor side plot.
