@silverforest It has been 9 years... That's plenty of time to change at least a bit.
Especially since there was a literal demon at his side for that whole time, her callous attitude towards humans probably rubbed off on him a little.
...plus, he did say he killed the guy on accident.
@xtheconman Probably has to do with Japanese honorifics. There's a lot more than just 'chan' or 'san', with multiple levels of respect.
The author probably had her use honorifics that are more respectful than most, which actually makes sense for those of a noble status.
It's stated in the first chapter where before he reincarnated, he get bullied until he drop out of school, after he reincarnated, his birth parents decided to kill him, I'm not surprised that his personality became twisted like this
@TanithG Exactly, and i'm so tired of that. Not to mention, when it's an isekai, they're always obsessed about something. Whether it's "living a peaceful life," or "reading as many books as possible," they just make this goal the core of their personality it's so annoying.
"What kind of shit father would discuss that sort of subject matter with his young daughter on his lap?"
He shouldn't indeed, but to his defense (at least), the daughter seems to be sleeping(?) Tho I agree that he shouldn't be talking such matter with especially kids
We have seen it:
Lift shit
Heal injuries
Produce sound
Show images
Create body doubles
Strengthen sword hits
What we havent seen it do:
Create a barrier to block something
"I can only think of one person that can manipulate fire"
Every single person on the planet that has matchsticks? like what do you mean you dont need to be a mage to burn down a village wtf
@dkdumpling lmao happens all the time (at least in the Isekai tag). People ranting since Ch.1 still ranting on Ch.100. Which means the manga's good enough to keep you hooked, at least.
