I'm...curious what this manga is trying to do. It seems really weird to talk about the realities of sex work and awful trauma she had to live through and then have it be pretty fan-servicey. Like having your cake and eating it too. What's going to happen? Is it just gonna be emotional torture porn? This could be very interesting but also has a lot of ways to go wrong.

Imagine having a second chance in life and wasting it again by the same ways. All she needed to do was apparently listen properly to the god and get all you need to get going? God damn at least in other the point of Isekai is using the chance to turn your life around but I guess with a nihilistic attitude like that even truck-kun can't save you.

the military brings over a girl (someone Haru looked up to) from their brothel who was supposed to get married soon to another military guy, when she doesn't return Haru goes to check on her only to find her barely alive after an entire day of being raped by the military guys (they were extremely rough with her because of some fight or war that was supposed to take place in three days), Haru switches with the girl on the condition that the girl would get safely returned to the brothel. Two days later Haru finally got released, and after returning to the brothel she finds out that not only did they not return the other girl, she was killed by them. That's when Haru lost her shit and showed the powers she had been hiding

This is surprisingly close to how real sex workers think behind the façade. Same for many adult movie stars and cammers. (I’m not talking about those forced into the industry through coercion or trafficking or those living in poverty btw) Some genuinely enjoy the work but they’re a very small minority. You’ll find similar attitudes on sex worker forums and even reddit. It’s the money and luxury lifestyle (for high end escorts) that become addicting. Some clients are pretty terrible too: creepy, bad hygiene, unethical kinks, haggling, awful personalities, rough/violent tendencies or unreasonable demands. There’s also the risk of meeting dangerous people. That’s often why many blow up the money on drugs to cope. However, some lucky ones manage to gain enough notoriety and gather a big enough fanbase that can select their clients themselves and only work with people they enjoy.

BTW does the novel not have illustrations? I haven’t seen any pictures besides the cover, even in the jnovel version.

Both characters are already annoying.

The guy because of his awkwardness. He can just tell her he likes her and that's why he wants to use her. Also because of his bragging before he has any real power or influence. And him bringing up the prospect of giving her money to be his maid. Don't know how long they've been there yet, but it seems too soon. And she claims he didn't know how to shake his hips the first time having sex, really? How can someone not know how to move their hips? The guy is made to be a serious loser here. She claims he was a piece of furniture previously when in class. That's just her just thinking badly about him.

The girl because of how she thinks about him. Mentally insulting his penis size is kinda shitty. (In before someone says 'you only say that because you yourself must be small'. Ya, totally) She's not perfect herself, no one is. I can't ever think of a time when I've insulted someones appearance in thought to myself in real life. Maybe that's just me?? She complains that he doesn't want to learn to please a woman properly. Seriously? He's paying for the experience, he doesn't have to do shit if he doesn't want to. If you want somebody to please you, find an actual partner, not a client. She also takes slight advantage of him because he's new and she can cut corners she wouldn't with someone else. And when they're with the god she only half-heartedly listens? Wtf? She wasn't forced into being a prostitute, it seems she applied for the job. You can't tell me there isn't anything else she could do? Even if we accept this to be true, she can look for other work while she does it. She seems to like it, makes money fairly easily and has a decent life while working there (assuming she has protection while doing her job, which I assume to be true or else no one would work there).

Overall I'm just tired of stories where the MC gets abused either verbally or physically. Mostly happens because the author wants to do this so they design situations where it's possible.

This could be great story, but if what @plsnobully says is true, then wtf?

She had powers the whole time? She just didn't use them? Or she somehow didn't know she had them? And she actually agrees to change places with the girl even though she knew what happened? Come fucking on, really? So sick and tired of authors coping out and says that guys want to rape and physically hurt girls to give a situation where they can be hurt back. Rad some more comments. She gets her powers from chiba? As in, she steals them or just copies them? If she gets them and he loses them that's the worst fuckin shit I can imagine. Instant dislike.

Edit: Can anyone recommend a GOOD isekai where the male MC is competent? And doesn't get everything handed to him?
