i think the flow of story goes like this (nGF: GF after memory loss, oGF: GF before memory loss, MC: otaku)



ARC 1:

• nGF is going on a date with MC.
• MC presents nGF a manga that oGF published.
• They go to the arcade, nGF is upset MC is good because he has played it with other girls (oGF)
• They make up and head back to his house
• MC gets a notice from discord, she gets sus sees the "Ayase" account (oGF's account)
• she gets jealous, thinks he's cheating but then see that the account has been inactive since 2019, but he chatted with her a lot.

ARC 2:

• nGF and MC have gone steady-ish
• decide to do fun stuff with the cop cosplay
• doorbell rigns, MC gets panicky for some reason and hid her in the closet (no idea why he did this)
• nGF gets suspicious. because she is mental, thinks he's seeing ayase.
• wants to go chase her down, MC is trying to stop her

- TIME JUMP TO PAST-

ARC 3:

• We see oGF getting the hat from MC
• MC and oGF are together, you see him supporting her
• lead up to the accident (the corrupted parts of the image is probably showing her starting to remember)

ARC 4:

• oGF loses memory, becomes nGF
• MC helps her with rehab until she can move again
• She gets better but her memory doesn't return
• doubts that MC tells her about the memory loss, thinks he's just trying to get into her pants
• MC keeps trying to reconnect with nGF, she gets freaked out by it
• MC becomes distant, nGF gets upset about it, finally confesses that she did appreciate all the effort since the hospital
• they start dating again
• in a video call, she find the old beret MC had gifted her

- TIME JUMP TO PRESENT-

ARC 2 (cont):

• nGF gets her memory back
• she has a knife in her hands...
• but there's no blood?

Chronologically it would be arc 3 -> 4 -> 1 -> 2

Chronologically, Chapter 23 is the earliest moment. Chapter 23 notice that her nails are pink, not black. This is when they start dating and he gave her the bonnet.

From Chapter 23 to 30, they are dating for the first time.

Chapter 31, she got into an accident and lost her memories of them dating. From 31 to 40 it's them falling in love again and start dating, but she still doesn't remember the past.

Chapter 41 is the night before Chapter 1.

Chapters 1 to 22 is their date all the way up to her cosplaying a cop and getting all yandere over the delivery person. Chapter 42 chronologically comes after chapter 22.

The Manga he buys during the early chapters was drawn by her. The person he went to the arcade with was her. Ayase on Discord was her old account. Granted... these are major plotholes right there, given that she would be getting paid for the manga sales... but whatever.

I assume that she stabbed him (she has a knife in her hand) or was about to stab him and got her memories back.

tl;dr:
Chronological Order -> Chapters 23 to 41 -> Chapters 1 to 22 -> Chapter 42

Basically...
Present -> Chapters 1 to 22 and 42
Flashback -> Chapters 23 to 41

She didn't stab him. If you go back to Chapter 22 you can see she is hiding her right hand. She planned on attacking or at least threatening "Ayase". If she had hurt anyone, the knife would have blood on it, but as you can see, the knife is completely dry.
