Like all the mini whatever they are, soldiers for Keicho and bug like things for Shigechi are technically doing the same thing, like every mini whatever just creates a big power together, thus being the same stand???
I guess rules change because the manga is long and Araki is writing it as it goes so there might exist some contradictions
But it's still good as hell

Give araki a break. This is still early in pt 3, the stand rules are never 100% set in stone, especially with each new part of jojo.

If so then Part 3 would be way shorter and wouldn't even have Cream or the 9 Egyptian God's stands.

I heard he wanted to end Jojo on SC but it was hella popular so it continued. Really glad he did.
