I like how at first Jotaro was so wary of his stand he locked himself in a prison cell, but once he learnt it's not an evil spirit, he just uses Star Platinum for literally everything.
Need to remove a parasite with surgical accuracy? The stand can do it.
Need to zoom in a small speck in a photo? The stand can do it.
Need to get rid of the deadly fog? The stand can do it.

In conclusion: Star Platinum's special ability is literally everything.
