This is actually Kira's introduction:
My name is Yoshikage Kira. I'm 33 years old. My gym is in the central section of Morioh, where all the gyms are, and I don't have a personal trainer. I workout at Muscular Mastiffs, and I get there every day by 8 AM at the latest. I don't do leg day, but I occasionally do crunches. I'm at work by 11 AM, and make sure I get two hours of workout, no matter what. After having a glass of whey protein and doing about twenty minutes of stretches before going to work, I usually have no problems working until evening. Just like a freak, I leave the gym without any fatigue or muscular soreness. I was told there were no issues at my last check-up. I'm trying to explain that I'm a person who wishes to live a swollen life. I take care not to trouble myself with any cardio, like treadmills and cycling, that would cause me to lose my guns. That is how I deal with exercising, and I know that is what brings me happiness. Although, if I were to run I wouldn't lose to anyone.

I've watched the anime and now read this part in the manga, this 3 Freeze ability still makes no sense to me. It's "freeze" (but actually makes things heavy) because he changed the spelling. Can he change the spelling to something other that "freeze" and get a different ability? Does it have to be an edited spelling of "three" to work, or can it change the spelling of other words for special effects to activate? Kind of like previous Acts worked, 1 is creating sound effects, and 2 is creating sound effects.
This Stand could be really interesting and creative (and a huge pain for translators), shame we don't see any other uses for it aside from "make things heavy".
