That's what I like the most about Part 4, all these callbacks to previous arcs. Like how the ghost street was used here, or how Yuuya reappeared to save Josuke, or how the Cinderella arc lead to Kira avoiding capture. Really feels like all the events are happening in a small town where everyone knows each other.
