He could kill him by himself even if his body is indestructible just like DIO, he can destroy his soul. Use the arrow to give him a stand (he can't die by the arrow since is inmortal), then destroy his stand and his body will perish, just like DIO again.

i could be wrong about this but since the rokakaka can regenerate or replace body parts and heal diseases, i wonder if it would work on their dad. idk just a thought
