I think the significance is that this is a full body split including his heart while Zucchero only had his head and no major organs messed with. Idk stands always have that innate catch that inhibits the user in some way and this could be one of those.

Maybe when the organs aren't separated with zippers, they keep working? So cutting of a head allows the person to keep breathing, but cutting their lungs apart will render them unusable.
