@DOT107 actually i think you're the one who's misremembering. the second to last page of chapter 17 kyo clearly describes killer queen's abilities (and they are shown visibly as well) as bubbles that explode. josefumi's bubbles form on the surface of the object or person he is plundering from, and do not float around and are not remotely controlled like josuke's. the bubbles that josuke inherited are kira's, not josuke's.

i dont think that's the big slam dunk gotcha you think it is because regardless, the bubbles didn't fuse with the explosive powers. kira's explosive ability already had bubbles, and the bubbles josuke inherited look identical to kira's, large singular bubbles with a star, and not josuke's bubble foam.

when it comes down to it at the end of the day you can make as many whack-ass excuses you want but araki's mind is fucking melting in his old age, his writing is sloppy and worse than it's ever been. he forgets basic details all the time, the plot is increasingly incomprehensible, and he's retconned jojolion multiple times before its even reach it's end. the idea that people are seriously suggesting copying all the details of the part into a pdf like reading this manga is homework is extremely telling

Well, Joestar birthmark was on just one frame. Chapter 44. But, maybe YOU forgot, that Karera doesn't have a clue about Josephumi. She was no more than stalker, it confirmed by Yoshikage, who says that she just have some obsession about Josephumi. And you believe that such a character will tell the truth. She knew nothing about situation with fruits, about Kira. Karera even hadn't met with Josephumi, lol. Not reliable source about her "deep bond with Secchan", furthermore about picture together. So you could think whatever you want, that Josuke is half Josephumi (with DNA result from Yasuho, that Josuke and Yoshikage are same person), or that S&W ability isn't KQ8 bubble bomb. I think you should reread manga, dude.

@Vegir_167 I appreciate the connection here, but thats still not Kira using a bubble. We've seen Kira make mini Sheer Heart Attacks inside Josefumi's veins before, so I have no reason to think that this particular elbow to the lip is any different.

It is however cool to see where Gappy got his CQC skills, and that he still has a bit of Kira in there. I still have to say that my previous point stands.
