because ireneverse was created by made in heaven, while SBR universe is just an au created by araki, to get a kinda clean slate, with no relation to the ireneverse

Irene has the birthmark which means she is a joestar, but her existence doesn't match up with the family tree of parts 7/8.
The ending of part 6 is basically a reset/cancellation of MIH's reset. The universe is mostly the same as it was before with some diferences due to MIH killing jolyne/jotaro/anasui/hermes etc.
The SBR universe is a separate continuity from the original 1-6 storyline. The names of characters and stands are nothing more than references for jojo veterans to fanboy over.
