November Rain sends down rain droplets with enough pressure to kill a person. Normally, it's only within a 3-meter radius, but when the guy was shooting at Jodio nonstop, a few of the bullets bounced away, and a few of the droplets splattered outside his range onto the ceiling above both of them. Since those droplets were created by his Stand, he could still cause them to rain down with immense pressure, even if it was outside his range. The assassin stepped underneath one of those droplets, and Jodio caused it to fall straight down onto his head, piercing through his brain and out of his throat, presumably killing him instantly.

Not dead, just got her lung and eyes royally fucked by that stand.

She should've been blinded from that, but it seems like the damage can be reverted if it doesn't/failed to kill.

Jodio is gearing up to commit some serious multi-billion dollar financial fraud, but as long as the rock is with Dragona it's all going to work out fine. I'm really liking the sheer scale of it all honestly. Like yeah sure just steal yourself into the billionaire class it's how you're supposed to get there anyway, Jodio is just taking it from the right people instead.

Jodio will call, "Riches are coming towards me!" and then he gets run over by a full bank-truck, or a gold bar (which is heavy as fuuuuuuck, btw, gold is DENSE!) smashes into his head from above. Just saying, anything's possible! Still no explanation for why Rohan is still himself, and not a alternate Rohan.

Why would he need to be any different? Parts 7-9 are set in a different verse, but that doesn't mean Araki can't reuse designs and characters.

Rohan's personality is so strong (almost too strong some might say) that he is exactly the same in both universes.
