Since we only saw them briefly at the end of part 9, it would be interesting if the speedwagon foundation of this universe were bad guys. Speedwagon would've stayed a street thug if he never met Jonathon, so it would be interesting to see a speedwagon foundation actively working against the jojos in this universe. (They could still be morally righteous and could hate Jodio for yknow being a drug dealer and committing large scale fraud)

Howler's generally been on the backfoot in these chapters so if he ends up with a stand I am scared and excited to see what it looks like when he lives up to Meryl's talk about violence as currency, for now he's just been leaving it to other (pretty cool looking) stand users lol

He does have a Stand. In chapter 17 after the bank confronted him, his Stand was right beside him on the ground. It may have a connection with the Wall Eyes.

That first panel with Laem Chabang in the background, I thought she was Key West's Stand. "What a cool design for a Stand!" I thought. "I wonder what its abilities will be!"

No, Araki has evolved. He said "If I keep making Stands that aren't full sized people, I must design PEOPLE as if they were Stands!" And I'm all for it.
