I wouldn't go as a far as saying this has "final arc incoming" vibes. Nothing's clear atm. There's not any indication that the final "villain" of this part is even this Howler guy. We don't know anything at all. Only that these 3 new characters that were introduced have been killed.

he didn't even seem to know Key West was a stand user so I can definitely believe someone is pulling strings behind him. That person is going to have to be revealed.

No, Howler already has a Stand. He's summoned it, but he's not given its name and we have no idea if he's even used its ability yet. Personally, I think Howler's Stand can manipulate fate and chance to affect Society to benefit Howler like how [Wonder of U] manipulated causality to create accidents and catastrophe to protect its user.

That said, Jodio has balls of solid titanium for thinking that this is going to work.

More likely Howler is going to join the gang. There should be some sort of exchange to use the stone for all to benefit. I don't feel vibes of Howler being a bad guy. The only thing he has is tons of money and land, and as far as I have read so far he has not being threatened until this bank scam arc.

Jodio being directly to him is more like he understand the rules of that stone, or, you have to state your will to the stone so that it works as intended.

Loved the chapter like the rest of you, but is there a good breakdown of all of these stand powers somewhere? What exactly does the November Rain do? Micro-local gravity manipulation..?
