@tlst9999 no it’s about reporting the case as something different. Just like in the US how you choose to file a case is different...now that this criminal is found to not be a petty thief but a serial killer he just needs to resubmit the paperwork so the correct trials and courts will stand trial for it. This is common procedure in most civil law countries

There are so many users here who don’t have an ounce of understanding about how criminal trials work.

oof even if he is a serial killer , a death sentence for 'robbery' doesn't look good versus him somehow collaboratimg with the police to find the bodies and then doing a re-trial for the corpses
