People are calling it an asspull but is it tho?I know it feels weird and out of nowhere but I think it all makes sense bcoz Kenjaku didn't take those backshots for nothing.He Knew that Jin is a reincarnation of Sukuna's twin.It was all his Aizen level plan.
I think everything would have feeled much better if Kenjaku explained everything before dying(I think that mf is still alive somehow).
Hope we get some Heian Era story real soon.

Yuji not only ate a fuck-ton of Sukuna's fingers and the rest of the blood paintings
AND his ability to throw black flashes like its nothing was estabilished AGES ago, just like his power to affect the opponent's soul with his punches was introduced back when Mahito first showed up.
Not only that, but Maki, Gojo and Kashimo and everyone were also chippin away at Sukuna. (He lost 3 arms and has heart and fucking brain damage)
It makes perfect fucking sense that Yuji is pummeling him down to nothing.
It also makes perfect sense that Sukuna's Dismantle and Cleave and Yuji's Dismantle and Cleave have little effect against eachother: Its the same CT made with the same CE. Gojo explains it when he talks about how his purple damaged even him, but less so because it was his own CE...

Fr. Everybody is fighting a nerfed Sukuna rn.

I doubt Sukuna is NOT taking this battle seriously (He's certainly not taking it as seriously as Gojo for now). But like I said I don't think he's the kind of villain to take the heroes lightly until it is too late. Bro got no arms, no heart and brain damage.

Yeah, short of pulling out whatever technique he used to conjure that bow, I'm not sure what he can do at this point. Maybe some attacks that also hit himself which is why he doesn't use them, but he can't even heal at this point.

this is some Bleach Ichigo's levels of bullshitery to explain the main character... but well, the manga already lost me months ago, i just want it to end at this point
for what its worth, Shibuya arc is still splendid

for real. As far as I'm concerned the anime is the definitive way to experience this story. The mangaka is seriously not a good writer. Maybe its the crunch but its just wild that there's literally no proper explanation for this. Nothing was earned. It sucks to see the wasted potential but honestly idk how any of the recent major plot points, even the culling game itself could have made sense.
