He gotta get rid of this guy... but ultimately I think he'll force him back to his body in some way. Maybe once the story wraps up it will head in the direction of him being resealed.

Good news: he’s within Yujis domain, his disadvantage should be great.

Bad news: I think that’s the first time that he was this pissed in the entire Series… Yujis disadvantage should be greater. (Gut feeling)

Nah the manga has always had great moments (tho I'll admit I just couldn't bring myself to care at all about Higuruma but that's just personal) I mean so more in the sense that the pacing had become frenetic, with just fight after fight after fight. but yeah you're right It hasn't been that long, like I genuinely forgot about the Maki arc.
Like some people pointed out, this whole arc will feel way better on a re-read, when the whole series is finished.
Some of the my favourite arcs in JoJo's felt like a slop when reading it monthly / weekly.

BUT on the other side, this IS pushing... Like, Goku Vs Frieza was like 20 chapters and Luffy vs Doflaming was like ~33 chapters.
Sukuna vs Everyone is almost hitting 40 chapters.
The fight is not the culmination of a story arc it is the story arc itself.

Gege heard us talking shit and decided to pull out his actual writing chops. My guess for the domain is that it only works on people with 2(ish) souls. Yuji doesn't have 2 souls anymore, but the imprint from Sukuna is very present on him

This is peak, everyone who said Gege's writing is ass are BRAINLETS
It isn't ass, he/she just didn't want to write at all for like 50 chapters, just fight after fight with just a narration and a few flashbacks to show the next character who will get fucked up by Sukuna. Especially Higuruma, it was a such a letdown for a cool flashback.

It shows how much an impact Junpei had on Yuji despite their short time together and it was nice to see Junpei again even if only a single panel

I would've loved a separate story about Yuji's childhood, daily life and everyone at jjh in a normal school. this guy has potential but was ruined his lack of desire to complete this manga/ pushed by mediocre production to the point of stressing him to lose passion? idk :fml:
