Megumi's body and mind have already been irrevocably altered and damaged. The most he can hope for is to reaffirm his desire to live as himself by reclaiming and reforging his own identity.
Chances of his survival are, however, vanishingly slim and he will most likely die with Sukuna by trapping the king of curses in a grave of his own doing.

I would not think so, not yet. Pg13 Sukuna talks about how Megumi's souls is getting a breath of new life because of Yuji's soul targeting dismantles. I mean, I do think he's going to die by the end of it but right now his soul is still alive and fighting back. (Same page, Megumi's soul uses Ten Shadows to trap Sukuna's leg)

Sukuna took one of Yuji's fingers back when he stole Megumi's body.
Now, Yuta was using Sukuna's CT, so we thought Rika ate the last Sukuna finger.
What Yuji missing two fingers + the reveal of the last Sukuna finger tied up somewhere else tells us is that Rika most probably ate one of Yuji's fingers and that's why Yuta was able to use Sukuna's CT.

That means they probably have some kind of plan where they use Sukuna's last finger that is hidden away.

Some of Nobara's strugglers and believers think that she's alive and will use resonance on the finger to fuck up Sukuna from a distance. I don't think so.
