An unicorn would be super natural, right ? but imagine, in a different realitiy, where it actually exist, no one would bat an eye. that is just a horse with horn.
my point is, you say it is "supernatural", because you judge something not possible in our reality, but to them it isn't supernatural

If you show a movie with some of today tech to the people in Star war , they would consider it "science fiction. supernatural", and the gap of the back then understanding of science is less than one life time

it's not about the definition of 'supernatural' it's about this character not believing in afterlife even tho

• sukuna kill himself to become curse, he retain his identity.
• people who already died in the past came back with their memories intact. where did they come from? soul society?
• rika died became a ghost and turned into a curse. then pass on to? isekai?
• they call themselves sorcerers, and curses, there's heavenly restriction and other occult terms and technique.

as a character in that series not believing in afterlife even after seeing and involving in all of that is just retarded.
