Sure, but in doing so, he could end up killing everyone, which is something he clearly, and quite desperately, does not wish to happen. He's always fought for those he has cared about. But the ENTIRE reason everyone is there is solely due to the fact that they have a personal connection with Uruma. Couple that fact with him being the one responsible for who lives and who dies, he's justifiably losing his shit, cause this situation is fucked.

I don't really see the point of making that villain killing of each girl per chapters one-sidedly, except for the probably the author has a hidden interest for torture. It's eating too many pages and chapters.
Even for a typical lame death game killing scene, most of them has a more compelling reason and better pacing to include that scene. Kami-sama no Iutori 2 had something like suddenly killing all the past rather important characters in one scene (obvious that the author suddenly changed the direction of the story to not involving them) It's weird for me, but at least it ended fast rather than dragging it out like this series.

Oh, well. What can I say, I might be too biased against this series to judge objectively.
