I thought the lost kid was the one with glasses simply because of the hair color and demeanor(him seemingly ok and ready to kill). The “school” did a great job teaching the kids how to disguise themselves, or maybe the story just portrayed it well because most of the stories ive read has MCs that barely even hides themselves even when they try lol.

Also thought the lost kid was the one getting beat up, mostly cause he looked like the one from the car crash in the intro. I thought he fled the scene after everybody died and the institution spent years looking for him, but it seems the dialogue only implied a time skip and didn't directly state one. They faded his hair color in the photo album to look black too, so it was obviously an intentional fake-out, but it actually worked well enough.

It's been a while since I got tricked by a manhwa. Also love the fact he followed the rules in and is legit removing the trash.
