This is great. We've got a girl who understands people's emotions on a sliding scale, which is demonstrated visually. Because she has a simple easy to understand meter, she can "win" at everyone by doing the things they like. And since she's got that, she does make people feel better, because that's what's right, isn't it?
And then we have a girl who's emotions are so far off the scale (whenever she is around her) that the bar spins like crazy, and doesn't wear underwear and gets the girl to grope her and constantly teases her.
(If you didn't have a crazily spinning bar, what would you think that meant?)
And the girl can't read her own emotions.
Just like the first arc, it's a really fun look into people's emotions and empathetic people who still don't quite understand more in depth emotions beyond what they can recognise so very well.
