He is actually pretty stupid. If it's so hard to stop her messing up on his computer and his online bank account, why not just take off power connection cable? It's pretty easy to do, he doesn't need to get into contact with her or trying to wedge whole table of her hands. If it can't be done, he can always switch off his fuses for that room. Problem solved. No power = useless computer.
