I really hope parents complain to the school about this, but of course that'll never happen in a manga. I doubt the president will feel even a shred of guilt when students start collapsing from heatstroke too.

I know this is just a silly ecchi manga, but incurious moral guardians like her are genuinely evil people and have no place in a just society. I really wish this character archetype was less popular, or was at least acknowledged as being vile and pointlessly cruel.

lol i wonder if it's just a japanese thing or if it's just more limited with what i've had but i don't think i've ever had any skirts that could be 'folded up'/rolled up and stayed in place without looking awkward/needed a pin versus just pulling it up higher if i wanted it to be shorter lol (but if anything i'd want longer skirts with pockets)

back in secondary school, the skirts for are uniform could definitely be rolled up

My experience of being a schoolboy decades ago suggests that certain teenage girls are likely less concerned with the skirt looking awkward than they are about their desire to show as much thigh as they can get away with.
In hindsight I suddenly feel sympathy for all my male teachers from back then, because while at 14 catching a glimpse was the highlight of my day, for a teacher that's dismissal with cause waiting to happen...

I think they roll it up at the top, by the waist, so that the hem of the skirt maintains its form while being shorter. I think. Never rolled up a skirt before.
