I hope it gets explained how he got Tobimune. Like did Hiruhiko deliver it to them, and Ch 54 was a bait and switch making us think Hiruhiko was gonna dual-wield Sacred Swords when he was actually gonna give it to their wielders to have a proper battle?

How did Hakuri pull the sword out? I thought Storehouse needed to register the items first before they could be controlled. When did he get the chance to do that?

Kinda forgot the exact explanation and it's probably too far to go back and re-read from any official source, but he said he only need to register the sword bearer's aura and that's their objective right now - bring Hakuri to make contact with the all sword bearers.
So, this part is me putting two and two together - all the swords are probably kept in the same dimension as the storehouse which he can access, but he needs the aura as a guide where to find the swords.

Their initial plan is to have Hakuri shake hand with all the sword bearers and pull this off in one fell swoop, but well... not sure if he pulled two this time or just only one is all he can in the current state.

It's been explained the storehouse can register spirit signatures. Tobimune is infused with Samura's spirit signature so by registering Samura's spirit signature he can transport both Samura and the blade between the storehouse and the real world.

I assumed he registered the first one already, but just has the chance to register Samura now? IIRC, their initial plan is to register all swrod bearers and pull all the sword in one fell swoop. Who knows what Hishaku will do after the sword just got pulled from under their nose one by one. At the very least, they could just go crazy all out in an instant since they're racing against time; or they might figure out how to prevent it (such as take the sword out of the storehouse dimension and guard them in real world instead.

Suffice to say, decision to pull Tobimune out this time pretty much render his ability useless for the remaining swords now. Hope he at least pulled the other one out, too. At least each side will possess the same number of sword at the moment.

Jury's out if this little stunt will permanently take out Hakuri's ability, temperorarily disable it, or the resulting backlash create new limitation on how and when he can use it.

That's fair, but what I meant was Hishaku would do something to prevent him from stealing the remaining sword -- such as just take them out of the storehouse dimension and guard them in real world (or better yet, just use them) instead, or just put some sorcery to seal it and whatnot. Him pulling the stunt this time alarm Hishaku about his power and they'd come up with some counter measure. (Or go ham if there's none.)

The swords are already in the real world as far as we know, Hakuri can warp them because they're classed under their sword bearers due to their contracts, not because they're in a warehouse dimension. I do agree tho that they'll probably come up with a countermeasure now, which may well be a pocket dimension of their own.

I forgot how his ability actually work and assume he can only pull things out of that dimension (since the main part I can remember is him pulling all the 'goods' out of it); but regardless of that, they'll definitely put some countermeasure on the swords.
