ya this is 100% axed. The pacing is nothing like the previous fights we had. Even that one panel of the old man 'ooo you deflected its attack, now its my turn' and what was supposed to be a very well done panel/art for his attack, the body composition just looks like he's posing rather than actually striking. VERY different than everything we've read so far. sadge.

So much so, that its success has become like the manga industry's equivalent to how video game companies where driven insane trying to copy Fortnite's success, and when a game does not make a crap ton of money like Fortnite did, they cancel it.

I hate Rent a Girlfriend, i got caught up in it but broke its spell over me 200 chapters in. Got sick of it never actually producing any progress with the story, and the overall toxic nature of its story. I have since ignored its existence and been much happier. now you tell me it's ruining other manga just by existing? God i hate it so much.

I really wonder what happens when Rent a Girlfriend ends, because then people won’t be able to use that excuse.

Like, I get it. Rent-a-GF sucks and is still popular. But that doesn’t necessarily mean that every series getting cancelled is due to that. Some series just don’t have the audience to keep going, and others are given ending that just suck due to the author’s writing ability.

I think there are some people on this forum who legit think that Reiji Miyajima is worse than Hitler.

Honestly I've looked around and everything seems to say this is selling well so if it ends, it's because the author wanted it to.
