It's mostly just good old pattern recognition.People keep saying series was axed but does anyone have any evidence of that?
There's a pretty simple alternative too, this is how the mangaka wanted the story to go, we're just too used with most mangakas dragging it as much as possible
Just for the record I'm not saying the pacing is necessarily good either, it's definitely going a little too fast, my point is just that it's not necessarily proof it got axed
Like, just to make my point, people have been accusing this series of being axed for what, 15 chapters now? I feel that if it really was axed it would have ended by now lol
With the way it's going we might reach 100 chapters with people talking about axe in every single chapter
That just translates to "I have no real argument" and "source: I made it up"It's mostly just good old pattern recognition.
I would love to be proven wrong, I hate it when my gut hunches are right. Nothing good ever comes from it. (glares at medical diagnosis)That just translates to "I have no real argument" and "source: I made it up"
Also, talking about "patterns" is ridiculous when people have been talking about axe for like 15 chapters, no axed series get that many extra chapters
Not to mention it's still ongoing and no signs of finishing in a chapter two either
Seriously, what fucking pattern exactly? Axed series basically end out of nowhere or at best get two or three chapters just to complete the last volume
The only pattern here is whining and people making up shit because they don't like how the story is going
I think people are wrong cause for something supposed axed it just keeps going lolI would love to be proven wrong, I hate it when my gut hunches are right. Nothing good ever comes from it. (glares at medical diagnosis)
I want to see more of these great characters explored in-depth, not treated in this messy rush.
Their next doujin will be heat.Chapter title is rather meta.
The chapter itself featured our protagonist going all-out to beat up what appears to be an already barely responsive dog.
Whatever is now receiving the creative passion the author used to give this manga must be truly beautiful.
Yeah this is clearly where it's been going from the start, what with all the bookends (and Ratio fighting together with the samurai archer wooow). But the pace has been hastened very dramatically. I've also seen patterns where an "indie" mangaka can't keep up with serialized schedule, so just decided to go straight to ending. (I'm looking at you Chiyo-chan way to school.)I think people are wrong cause for something supposed axed it just keeps going lol
Also just looked to be sure, this is the writer first work so the poor pacing can easily be explained by that
I do feel the story was always going to take this direction and it's just the pacing that is the issue, it doesn't help that we're used to most stories dragging it as much as possible too
I think that this being the writer first serialized work explain some of the possible flaws too, example, Cattleya being so overpowered, with the way she is the writer pretty much wrote themselves into a corner unless what we're getting was the plan all along
At least the more chapters are out I get more and more the impression this was always the plan cause the writer is pretty clearly being allowed to do whatever they want, they're taking their time going through the story instead of Cattleya magically gets defeated in two chapters and everyone ends happy
Seriously, think of all axed series any of you have read, none are allowed to keep going for this long lol
In this case at least I think it's less that they can't keep with the schedule and more that they're not sure how to advace the story, especially when it comes to Cattleya being so overpowered, I also have another suspicious but that goes for post of chapter 65 lolYeah this is clearly where it's been going from the start, what with all the bookends (and Ratio fighting together with the samurai archer wooow).
