Sorry, Boss. Got no spoilers to give. As a fan writer, this is just what I'm predicting for what's come down the pipeline.

This can only go one of two ways. Either Keyaruga will manage to somehow get that thing out of Kureha before it really is too late...

...Or he's already too late and the only thing to do is to put her out of her misery. In which case we'll get a heart wrenching "Thank you for saving me" scene.

Given the direction this story has taken before - what with his entire village getting killed in the arena (implying his childhood lady-friend got offed, too) - I think the second one is very likely.
