If that's the case, I can see the original Flare that Keyaruga locked away and the Freya persona he created to replace it acting as split personalities. Kinda like Lucy/Nyu in Elfen Lied.

Also, I don't think Keyaru changed her personality, he just locked away her memories, despite everything he is, Keyaru seems to have accidentally given her a much more healthy environment to grow than her own family ever did, apparently if she doesn't need to be constantly playing the game of thrones in Jioral Kingdom she'd turn into a pretty lovely person, who knew?

This is really the only thing I'm most worried about lol. The worst that can happen would be her falling into deep shame for everything she'd done with Keyaru, but I don't think she'd be so dense as to not recognize that they've mostly been fighting the good fight.
