Between how sudden and anticlimactic the deaths were and how difficult it would be to continue the story without half the main cast and an arm, I really doubt they're actually dead. It's the "censor", not the "executioner", right? There's a nonzero chance that killing it unredacts everyone it's killed. Maybe only recent deaths, but in the most extreme case author guy might even be joining the team next chapter.

that's a special ability that Andou has where she gets reverted to a previous state when she dies. the other two were clearly being turned into flowers, which I don't believe is reversible
