Yeah, I feel the same way. I absolutely loved this series when it was starting out but cmonnnnn, these fights are going on way too long. They would be absolutely awesome if they were compressed to like half the length but this is getting tiresome.

What I liked when it started out is that it had the feeling of
"Oh, this is the kind of manga where people will die, isn't it?"
Like, it had an aura of a story that was going to be kind of darker as it went on
But yeah no, it is just shonen slop... Nothing wrong with being shonen slop, but it is shonen slop.
I am having Frieza saga flashbacks here.
