While the author completely dropped the ball on her by making her a goal of Kafka and then focusing on literally everyone else, the point of this arc is for each character to face something about themselves and come out the other side, and show that they aren't the weaklings that couldn't save Isao. So killing her would just be cheap and counterproductive to the story.
But even if she makes it, and realizes Kafka is now at her side, she'll probably be relegated to the shadow realm again.
