Second time for all three to meet, but first time meeting off-style, eh? The conversation can be interesting...
I like the snake skull. Not crazy about the industrial lamp with the bulb exposed.
To clean the cat vomit, or not to clean? This is when you decide to be a bourgeoisie punk or a gutter punk. I once had a college roommate who didn't clean her cat's vomit until it got hard and crusty. She said it was easier to clean once it dried out. She slept under a blanket with crusty dry cat vomit on it—truly the nastiest roommate I ever had.
As a cat owner, the skull and the lamp will have to be kept away soon... that tissue paper box, too.
As for is it easier when dried? Sometimes. But most of the time cleaning it immediately will be easier, but 1000% more icky. You'll get used to it though... Also, if its wood floor, leaving vomit on it for a long time could damage it; specifically when its particularly watery. Lacquered wood can resist it for a while but not forever; there are stomach juice mixed in there after all. I lost count how many spots there are on my wooden table and shelves that got ruined when my cat(s) vomit when I'm not around and by the time I came back, the vomit already eaten into the wood.
