Yeah, I did notice that while TL'ing. But to better fit the context of "where they met", I figured it's best to put At work instead of Company. Plus, putting "At the company" was way too long

Well, if you fix stuff, you might as well fix chapter 193.
When they talk about the grandpa going for walks and not coming back for a while, Kanade asks if it's ok. It's not about the dog going wild, it's about the grandpa maybe having dementia.
Which is why Aki says he wasn't "wandering", but just liked to walk. The verb (徘徊) used implies an old person erring without goal.
