"Non-Communist Nations should have learned how wrong it is to invade other countries by force"
Hahahahahahahaha hahahahahahahaha....

Oh, I know. Sometimes when I’m doing this TL, something Kaji says (usually some neoliberal garbage that every politician from the 80s and 90s was in love with) will make me want to instinctively argue, but then it’s like, I remember that I’ll just end up falling into the same trap I did on my Oishinbo TL when I got to the whaling chapter and everything being said was just wrong.

I decided I’m not going to do that anymore because it’s distracting from what I’m actually supposed to be doing. Same here. We know obviously the politics of this manga are very dated and mostly wrong.

That's why I just laugh instead of going into a long "point out how a certain superpower be invading a lot". And also chalking it up to Kaji being a rather optimistic and naive about global politics.
