They really fuck the art up with their trashy edits... so many fine details are lost... also new tl new erros example: "After all, this is at the level of a high-end model." And at the middle parts it starts to get worse with some sentences completely wrong and or cut shorter losing more written details like that the logo is hidden under leather he wrapped around the handle.

of course he felt sad, that was his own brother who he grew up with that he had to kill. He did it because he knew he had no other option, but you'd have to be inhuman to not grieve over that kind of thing.

TBH that plan is very Stupid and very poorly thought, if it's an old sword and has been used even so slightly, it will still show it's age even if it has been maintained during the years... specially in a medieval setting. So if you bring a brand new sword without imperfections to compare against an old sword, one will notice right away which one is the fake one....

The whole bit about him sacrificing his own personal finished super-knife to use the steel doesn't make much sense. He's able to take iron and made super high quality processed steel out of it. Why can he suddenly not do that?

There's also the fact that taking processed and hardened steel and mixing it with whatever... if he even did that (the manga isn't clear) isn't just going to make high quality steel. All it's going to do is weaken the sacrificial steel of his knife. And him forging it like that is just decarbonizing the steel from his knife and making it even weaker by burning the carbon off of it.

So not only is he steel from his knife going to be wasted because he's just mixing it with iron laying around, but even if he's not - or also in conjunction with - he's weakening that steel by decarbonizing it by folding it.

It kinda just smacks of "grorious nippon steel folded to perfection" nonsense that still won't die.

Possibly caused the death of his father and older brother just for the sake of being a lord not even a king. After finding out he was a concubines son tried to end the real family line by killing his brother and sister. Used under handed means to try and snatch the lordship from his younger brother. When he knew he lost tried to kill his brother with others present. Rest In Trash.

i do think he ALWAYS was a psychopath. he was just biding his time and did only pretend he did love his siblings to get their guards down.. because to do all the stuff he did... that is not a sane and good person who will do that.
he was ready to kill everyone in his way to the power. so.. no sympathy for him. now he can do an useful thing. feeding dirt and worms in his grave.
