There was literally zero reason to make this arc cause it's already shown how the future ends up, they just felt like they needed some form of plot to end this on I guess? Definitely a bit of a stinker to end an otherwise charming little series.

What a complete load of shit. And I mean, complete load of shit.

First, she goes down the retarded NTR route because drama, since she's a retard. There was no reason for this, she even admitted to herself that she likes him.
Then the author makes it so the one guy she decided to date is actually a sadistic rapist or whatever. Like really, what are the chances?
Then, Yuuki should honestly be beaten to death by this guy by common sense, since he seems to be a slender person and this violent guy is probably someone who trains or something. But somehow he's going to win.
Then, he's going to forgive her and the manga actually ends all in the same chapter? Like instant food, cook it 3 minutes and it's done? You can't just do that!

Like, what the fuck? Did the author hate his manga so much that he wanted to make the worst possible ending ever? How are we supposed to be satisfied with this shitty ending?

You know, if this story progressed in that we didn't get a glimpse of their marriage life in every chapter, this would have more tension in the comments and such than there is now. Leave the future unknown, leave the readers guessing until the very end, that's how a story should be told.

With this, it's like the author gave himself and his story a safety cushion beforehand to say 'yes, even successful relationships had rough beginnings', which I would believe had we progressed the story normally and didn't see that successful relationship to begin with.

The FMC is still a severely flawed character that I think could have turned out way better to be someone 'remotely' likable if it was executed differently. This is just not that way.

I think her being a retard is fine, really. It's not out of character. However, it does mean there's more of an abrupt change rather than a gradual one, which is a bit weird considering the rest.

Then the author makes it so the one guy she decided to date is actually a sadistic rapist or whatever. Like really, what are the chances?
This, on the other hand, is completely fucked up. It's like having a character be hit by a car in the last few scenes for drama reasons.

Then, Yuuki should honestly be beaten to death by this guy by common sense, since he seems to be a slender person and this violent guy is probably someone who trains or something. But somehow he's going to win.
He doesn't really need to win. Just be enough to get him to leave.

Then, he's going to forgive her and the manga actually ends all in the same chapter? Like instant food, cook it 3 minutes and it's done? You can't just do that!
Yeah, it's not like they couldn't spend at least a few chapters on it. This is more sudden than an axe.

I don't think that would change much. The future is just explicit rather than implicit.

Yeah, this is just way too clumsy. It's much more external than internal, and her entire growth is all about the internal.

Haha, what did you expect from a manga where all the men are drawn faceless, like in a random h-doujin? You said it yourself: there was no reason for anything in this story.

Another day, and another plea from me to the Japanese.. this trope is old and tired.. even the subversion of this is tired.. it needs to be put out to pasture and shot in the back of the head. I've read countless thousands of manga, webcomics, twitter shorts, etc.. this is so overused, do something new.. I'm begging you.

Maybe the guy liked S M and S M her to lovey-dovey.
