Going to be honest, this one of the more random chapters. While the red line is there (the lingerie project), the story of this chapter loses itself in characters doing random stuff (talking about seeing other people in underwear, random kissing and hugging ideas and doing random poses) or the girls give us a glimpse of their boobs (aka fanservice). It's such a shame, because I liked the last chapter with it's little background on the main heroine and then it left on a good cliff hanger with her seriously telling him his love. Would have loved to see a extension to this.

For some cautious and conscientious men, it can be dangerous to mistake a woman's advances that's borderline sexual harassment as genuine and make the move, especially in the workplace, knowing that if the reverse happens, the men would be immediately fired and taken to court for doing the same thing.

The MC being dense may be part of it, but even if he does have a slight interest in them romantically, he not only doesn't want to risk his guess of the women's feelings reciprocated being wrong, but get screwed over in the process, as well. That's my guess. Gotta love double standards.
