Well, think this manga if Agito TV series was the continuation of Kuuga. It'll be overlapping.

i'll give you explanation and spoiler a bit

some ppl has a factor that can transform them into agito. like we know, in the TV series only shouichi tsugami can fully transform into one and fight monster with it, but there also are some females who also has that factor, but most of them can't survive because of the stress, or can't fully transform.
it seems the idea of more feminine form of Agito for females is exist, but for some reason they didn't realizing it in the series.
they use usual Agito costume for agito overshadowing for female in the series, but it seems Toshiki Inoue finally manage to realize more feminine form for females that distinguish them from their male counterpart in the manga

the agito in the cover is somekind of unique agito (?), because instead of Ground form (basic golden form), she use trinity as her basic form (agito strong form)
