Honestly, she's just a normal girl by anime standards, and I had kinda hoped she might be more atypical (like maybe have a bit more of a 'cool' appearance to contrast with her personality, like a strong nose like Nicro Robin from One Piece), but I think the framing here - and the actual buildup to it - make her super beautiful. These heroines aren't usually my type, but I really like Kamiyama. (And her more standard cute face is still a contrast to her enormous body.)
