Objectively, since she's a literal angel, she should know without doubt whether God exists or not, which in turn means her belief in God proves his existence in this manga. Therefore it's also objectively true that she must have pissed Him off big time (or got herself on the bad side of Ha'Satan) to get so thoroughly Job-ed in this manner. Usually when a person in the real world says they had sinned and gotten punished for it, this is self-victimization through religious indoctrination and I'd recommend therapy. However, in this case Jeanne objectively should do something to repent of her sins and get her Master's forgiveness. Damn, theology gets hard when literal angels get involved...
