What is funny, humorous, entertaining, or even good or worthwhile, about somebody who is this fucking stupid?

What is the aim of this manga?

Is it to make the world seem acceptable for a person who despises themselves and hates using their brain? Like a paean to MAGA, or 4chan?

Is this manga made to help the reader learn to accept idiotic, boorish, pathetic pieces of shit, and welcome them into society?

Because it's not working; I want to slide a knife into this kid.

It's honestly a miracle this cretin manages to remember to breathe with his brain capacity. Motherfucker could get stabbed and he'd believe if they told him that they just tripped with a knife and fell on him.
Assuming he makes his own clothes, the stab wouldn't go through his shirt. And the stab will somehow turn into a pigeon and fly away.

Silly people are funny. I think you're attempting to self-insert into Kuruto. That's the wrong way to go about reading this manga. Yurishia is more of a self-insert character than Kuruto.

If you stop being angry, you'll notice that Kuruto does use his brain. He often comes to wrong conclusions, but he is thinking more than a typical battle manga protagonist.

Even without his crafting skills, Kuruto is already a very pleasant person to be around. I'd say his social abilities are also SSS-ranked.

Lol. This is a comedy manga. Relax.

1. If I could stop being angry, I would cease functioning; I survive in Caffeine, Nicotine, and Hate. And sometimes whiskey.

2. This character has no qualities that are able to redeem his lack of intellect. Thinking may be great, but if it consistently leads you to the wrong conclusions, it is not worth a thing. It is literally (not figuratively) an example of a lack of intelligence.

3. I usually include more humor in my faux-tirades, and I think I was just distracted by real life stuff, so this post (above) came out far more bitchy than I had intended.

4. If this was a comedy manga, wouldn't it be funny?

I'm actually still reading this trash in the foolish hope that it may become worth my time.
I doubt it will, mind you, but... the world-building is great, the characters (excepting the MC) are funny and developed, and the magic/alchemy system is just brilliant.
All of this is at odds with the MC being unable to function any further than his autonomic nervous system; instead of highlighting the MC being innocent and giving, it instead makes them appear to be an utter fool; a pathetic, idiotic, moronic, imbecilic waste of flesh.

This manga is wasted on the Main Character; he skips being merely tiresome, and borders on outright boorish!
This title could be good, but the writer has, unfortunately, wasted their talent on the world, and saved none for the MC, making even the most rough self-insert impossible.

And that means it is shitty writing.

The writing is simply poorly done, and bad writing is, well... usually it's kind of a problem when you're a writer.

Most isekai involve a certain level of "self-insertion" on behalf of the reader, and it is usually towards the MC; unfortunately, being able to read a language would mean you're too intelligent to identify with this MC.

Sooo, after reading your angry rant i come to conclusion, that you want but just cannot self insert in MC and too stupid to actually understand that other person can be naive but have decent intelligent. So you just angry because "uhhhhh, he is not my edgy mary sue teen who dominate all around him".

Guy reading self insert shit will not make your life better. Try to actually find something worth in your life i doubt that all there is lost already.

So... what I'm reading here is that you can't find an argument against anything I said, and thus have resorted to ad hominem attacks (attacks that weirdly assume I am 20 years younger in age than I actually am, for some reason), and inventing criticisms of your own to ascribe to others. (Presumably in hopes that you can have some kind of "win" condition to the discussion, I'm guessing?)

That's kinda sad.

Good luck in life!

To find arguments against your points, you'd first need to have actual arguments. All I saw in your rant was, 'The MC isn't like me, so he's stupid.' I 'assumed' your age by evaluating what you were trying to say, and it sounded like the rant of an edgy teen. You could be 60 or 90, but that doesn't change the fact that you're just trying to find some self-validation through a manga and were disappointed when you got a lighthearted comedy instead.

I disagree. Magically arriving at right conclusions is a sign of bad writing, while misunderstandings are normal.
Also, I guess you never read "Murasaki Shiiton Gakuen" and "Aho Girl". These are two manga I dropped due to having people who are too stupid. Compared to them, Kuruto is quite intelligent, reasonable and well-adjusted to life in the real world.

Like I said, MC is not a self-insert character. The closest to self-insert in this manga is the adventuress.
And this is not an isekai. This is just RPG-fantasy.

Honestly impressive how they keep reading something they’ve said is bad for multiple chapters lol. They say this mc is clueless but they’re way beyond his level.

I'm worried about your comprehension, but maybe I was unclear.

As I wrote, and as you quoted:
"Most isekai involve a certain level of "self-insertion" on behalf of the reader, and it is usually towards the MC..."
That's copied from your post, quoting me.

So, maybe this didn't quite come across; I'll try here:

Outside of innuendo, to "Slef-Insert" does not require the Main Character; it can be any other character.
It is to merely imagine yourself interacting with the character, as though you are, yourself, in that character in that story.

And I think people nearly always do that; it's anecdotal, but I don't care.
It's what I think, and is part of my metric for good writing, and

Most importantly

MY ENTIRE POINT

THIS WHOLE TIME
(🤣🤬🤣🤬🤣)

Has been that the MC is too dumb to create a suspension of disbelief.

Making this very sad; cos it's otherwise neat, fun, and occasionally brilliant.
(Like me 😃)
