interesting concept. i can't remember ever reading a bodyswap manga in this setting before (upper-class private school), let alone one where it's twin siblings who swap bodies. with these things you can usually tell how good it's going to be just from the first chapter, and the first chapter of this has been good, so...i'm hoping the rest will be good, you know?
